For the last 14 months or so I have been following the weight watchers diet, and after losing 2 stone I am finally where I wanted to be - in size 10 jeans! :). The picture to the left is me before WW last August and was the reason for me starting the diet in the first place.
I have made the decision to cancel my WW online subscription as I dont use it half as much as i used to so seems like a bit of a waste of money at the moment and if i need to do it again i can just re-subscribe.
Therefore I have decided as the power walking and training will also help me maintain my weight that I will also record my WI on this blog on a Thursday morning. Nothing like a bit of public humiliation to keep me on the straight and narrow! This picture is also always a good motivator for me to move away from the chocolate box!
Tomorrow I am off to the gym to try out my new program, considering i ache from just the setting of the program I am thinking it could be painful x

I'm a weight watcher too! I've also lost around 2 stone :) It's my third attempt at weight watchers, - every time I get (nearly) to goal, stop going and put it all back on! - So this time I've decided I've just got to keep coming...... I'm a Clerk now too, and that keeps me on track! Good luck. All this walking will rack up the points! X
